Jeremy is a founding member and principal of Ironwood Property Group, LLC. He is involved in all phases of real estate development, including financial analysis, land acquisition, securing permits and approvals, site design, leasing, finance, construction and sales. As part of the IPG team, Jeremy focuses on the ground-up development and redevelopment of a wide range of real estate projects, ranging from single-tenant retail buildings, shopping centers and power centers, to residential and mixed-use projects.
Jeremy has over twenty-five years of experience in the real estate and finance industry, previously serving as an analyst for the Alexander Vacca Company (Office Development), analyst for Viking Graham (Mergers & Acquisitions), CFO & COO for Fameco Real Estate (Retail Brokerage) and Executive Vice President & Principal for The Goldenberg Group (Development). He has coordinated and developed a wide range of retail, residential and mixed-use projects, comprising more than 4.5 million square feet of real estate, valued at more than $650 million.
Jeremy graduated from the Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business in 1993 with a B.S. in Finance. He serves on the Philadelphia Executive Board of Directors of the Anti-Defamation League, Executive Board of Directors of Jewish Federation Real Estate (JFRE) and is past Chairman of the Real Estate and Finance division of the Philadelphia chapter of The State of Israel Bonds. Mr. Fogel resides in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania with his wife, Cindy, and their three children.

Eric is a founding member and manager of Ironwood Property Group, LLC. He is primarily focused on property acquisitions, leasing, finance and sales.
Eric has over twenty-five years of experience in the real estate industry, previously working with RAIT Investment Trust, Fameco Real Estate and The Goldenberg Group. He has been directly involved in transactions totaling 5.5 million square feet of real estate, valued at more than $400 million. He has completed retail leases for over 2 million square feet of space and has completed transactions with such national retailers such as Whole Foods, Target, Costco, Walmart, Lowes, Giant Foods, Best Buy and Nordstrom Rack.
Eric graduated from the University of Vermont in 1992 with a B.A. in Political Science, and continued his education in the Management Program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a licensed real estate agent in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Eric lives in Ft. Washington, Pennsylvania with his wife, Kristin, and their daughter.
