Tilden Ridge is an approximately 400,000 square foot shopping center located at the intersection of Rt. 78 and Rt. 61 in Tilden Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. The center is anchored by a Wal-Mart Supercenter and Lowe's Home Improvement Store.

Development Challenges Resolved As Part of the Project:

• Coordinated the creation of a new zoning district to accommodate the project

• Coordinated major anchor store design modifications to accommodate Township requirements

• Procured approvals for road improvements required to mitigate significant traffic generated by the project's neighbor, Cabela's World's Foremost Outfitter
