Ironwood purchased an existing 8,400 square foot building in Montgomery Township that was vacated by Pier 1 Imports. IPG renovated the building, re-tenanted and stabilized the building with a medical marijuana dispensary.

 

Some development challenges with this project would be the biased opinions of the medical marijuana industry. Buildings in the medical marijuana industry are not serviced by lenders & title companies that are federally regulated.

 

IPG gained tremendous experience in successfully developing its first project within this new industry.
